Opera backup list and WinRAR command line shortcut creator size is less than 200 KB and installation is not required. Configure it once, afterwards press shortcut key CTRL+ALT+O or click button to create backup.

Opera Backup List and WinRAR Command Line Shortcut Creator (OBLWCLSC)
OBLWCLSC.exe will create 4 files.
1. Settings file (OBLWCLSC.ini)
2. List of files and folders to backup (Opera Backup.lst)
3. WinRAR command line shortcut (Opera Backup.lnk)

You can password protect your backup file (WinRAR uses AES with 128-bit key).
You can either do full or incremental backup. In full backup, backup file name can be appended with date, time, date & time or number.

Full backup with date
In incremental backup, predefined number of previous versions of a file will be kept and old versions are deleted automatically.

Incremental backup with 10 previous versions of a file
Note:
#1 Opera must be closed to backup mail otherwise WinRAR will show diagnostic messages.

WinRAR: Diagnostic Messages
#2 To backup User JS files your files must be in userjs directory in your profile.
#3 Check all with #3 to backup wand data.
#4 Password should not contain SPACE and DOUBLE QUOTE (").
#5 Paths should not contain trailing SLASH (\) at end when you enter them manually.
#6 For shortcut key to work, shortcut directory must be your desktop and enter only one alphanumeric character.
#7 Opera must be closed to create backup button next to trash in tab bar.

Drag & drop button button anywhere in your toolbar, note the path of Toolbar Configuration file, close Opera, open toolbar configuration file, search for E:\Opera Backup.lnk and change it to correct path.
Backup additional folders/files
You can add additional folders/files to backup in menu.
The format is
File name with extension or folder name with trailing \, Name to display in OBLWCLSC menu,Directory the file/folder is in (0 if it is in Opera directory, 1 if it is profile directory & 2 if it is in mail directory,Whether checked or not (1 if you want to backup else 0)The entries are separated by |
Suppose, if you want to backup opcache folder you have to add the following in OBLWCLSC.ini at the end of Backup Items key.
|opcache\,Opera's help files,1,1You can add other folders/files to backup in Opera Backup.lst with full path after closing OBLWCLSC.exe.
Suppose, if you want to backup My Documents folder add the following in Opera Backup.lst in a new line. C:\Documents and Settings\<USER NAME>\My Documents\

I make a backup then unraring. And nothing change, i don't have my backuped settings ( but all files - of course )

I set up my mail account after that I backup.
And uninstall ( clear all profile files ), and restore. I don't have my mail account set up.

I can´t download the exe file. it always shows a page error:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /Tamil/files/OBLWCLSC.exe on this server."
Could you reupload the file but compressed in format zip o rar for being able download your program?

I'd love to use this, but my RAR is via 7-zip. Is there any complication with your .exe and other, presumably compatible, extraction utilities?
