One thing I noticed with the personal bar: when it's enabled in its normal location, you also get the title bar. I suppose that's not a skin thing, but it would be great if it was. It just doesn't look right on the bottom, which is really the only other plausible choice.
And as long as the title bar is back, you might as well have the menu bar back, too. Suddenly, you're looking at 10.1 again.

Maybe you can help me. I've found a bug, which should be a feature :]
If I turn on this skin: http://my.opera.com/community/customize/skins/info/?id=8896 and after this change the tablist to top (they are on the right side by default for me), then change back to right side, and change the skin to the opera standard it became a nice thin thing. You can see a picture about that here: http://files.myopera.com/alternatiwe/files/opera_tabs.png
The only problem is: it's change back if I restart Opera.
Can you help me to make it state permanently?
