How to Open any file in notepad easily?

Create notepad shortcut in your Send To folder.

Right click any file you want to open with Notepad, select Send To and then select Notepad.

Press WIN+R, enter %USERPROFILE%\SendTo and click OK. Right click on explorer → New → Shortcut
