Today, I just got knew that Opera Mini slightly support CSS3.
You can try by going to this page (http://wq.lt/mkp
) on both Opera Mini and your PC. You will notice that Opera Mini supports transperancy! Or try by looking at this CSS3 glossy button (http://wq.lt/npjhpm
). Opera Mini supports it however, does not support border-radius
Why Is This Happening?
This is because.. A webpage is filtered through opera mini server before sent to your mobile.

opera's users email address is not cool. They should consider use @opera.com instead of @myopera.com
* As seen on a website
Well, in my case... Yea, Opera should use @opera.com. I can see the potential of this email domain to be a cool address, knowing that you're a part of Opera. Well I'm not sure if this can be achieved however I really want to use Opera rather than Hotmail!

I couldn't agree more to what you all say. I have developed the Vita skins and each major release really brinks a lot of unexpected and undocumented changes together with bugs in the UI handler.
I proposed to the moderator of the Opera addons site to at least have a dedicated page for skins apart from the page for themes. At least then the skins would be easy to locate.
In any case it seems that Opera is deciding to abandon one of the features (skinning) that made Opera unique.
The above thing is quoted by myself to show that even developers doesn't agree with Opera's decision. Opera attempt to not make a new category in the add-ons page for skins. They want to mix both skins and themes in one page which can cause a huge misunderstanding for users. Some users loves skins than theme!

Opera too focused on Opera 12 until they ignored skins.
They now use a stolen (same) theme function like Chrome, and Firefox.
Okay, many protests on skin evolves however a new question appears,
WHY OPERA DIDN'T MAKE THEME FOR OPERA MINI AND OPERA MOBILE?
I've been stuck on this boring same skin of Opera Mini 7 for years (since Opera Mini 6)!
