Ive seen the first part and its not that bad I must say.

And L dieing gives two new characters Near and Mello. Not as good as the originall but I like Near. Hes like a young L being that L is 25 in the anime.

I had the coolest idea, well a bit odd, but you might like it.

They should make a tom and jerry style sunday morning cartoon of death note. Every episode Light/Kira trys to kill L in different ways but everytime L gets out of the way.

Liability and the actual act are two seperate things under the context of you original statement that Kira killed L. Where I simply stated that it was Rem who in fact commited said killing and not Kira. Regardless of any connection or prior motive. Kira did not kill L even if the first have of the series was based on Kira trying to kill L.

So to put it down again and not to have this going on all night. My answer to what you had said was that Rem had killed L and not Kira.

For you orignal statement to make scence to what you are now saying it would have to be changed to

i saw what i belive to be the secound to the last show and i all i can say is KIRA YOU FUCKET UP
