Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spoke to hundreds of students at Moscow State University. In her remarks, she told students that nuclear weapons in the hands of terrorists is one of the greatest global threats. She stressed the importance of Russia and the United States working together on a joint anti-missile defense system, and emphasized the importance of free speech and press in Russia.
