Which lawmaker will deny the right to breathe to all of the Nation living now and beyond? I have Asthma, not being able to breathe is the most frightening natural function, once inhibited, anyone can experience. No one can help you, not a handshake or a pat on the back, no time-laps cure or well wishes, breathing is survival to every individual and creature on this planet. If you think that NOT removing the excesses of Co 2 from the air is inconsequential, place a brown paper bag over your head and tape it at the neck, then see how long you can survive with only CO2 which is what you exhale without O2 (Oxygen) you will die. The air we breathe is comprised of about 21% by volume of oxygen (as O2) in air and additional volumes/molecules of other gases comprise the rest.
Dry air contains roughly (by volume) 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.038% carbon dioxide, and small amounts of other gases. Air also contains a variable amount of water vapor, on average around 1%. At rest, we breathe 15-18 times a minute exchanging about 500 ml of air per minute.
The composition of atmospheric air and expired air in a typical subject is as follows.
Note that only a fraction of the oxygen inhaled is taken up by the lungs.

All contaminants in the air remain in the lungs after exhale, are absorbed by the blood stream, the bloodstream is responsible for the health of every cell and tissue in our bodies. DO NOT POISON US AND OUR FUTURE.
