Welcome to the Baja Blast Battle Dome
Welcome to the original, new, revamped, and refurbished! Battle Dome! After a long wait, the battle dome has reopened, and ready to thrive once more! Unfortunately, Ocean’s Original Battle Dome was closed and lost stability in all these coconut crazy absences of mine. Well... Our new version has arrived, Baja Blast style =]. Ultimategamer tried to revive with doe with 2 & 3, but those didnt work out, this time, we're back in full, Ready for epic matchs, awards, and ranks.
First Off, to all the imbeciles that copy ocean’s original and first creations, we were the first my.opera pokemon group to start the currency, battle arena, if you would like to spread it to your group or blog, all we clearly ask is to ask us, then give credit...that’s it, just PM me for permission so I know, ok. That simple, and not that hard, no need to sneak it under my nose, and steal, then I have to rage on ya, and we don’t want that, okay!
Anyways... Aloha, Welcome to our Bahamian Flavored Battle Dome (yes I said Flavored, we eat people ;P) our arena of fun, rank, and to earn precious Poke-points. =]Now you members know me, I of course have to lay down the rules of our BBBD. I know it can be annoying but if you just read them there won’t be complete chaos that we can’t control.
Without further ado, the pp system for our Battle Dome
--- 10+, if you reign victorious in your match ---
--- 5+, in the unfortunate event of a lose, you still win 5 pp!---
If you’re a former Battle Dome commoner, you realize this quite the boost on the lose department, it used to be a mere two instead of five, which was tough even to take =] ah man...spreadin da tiki flava!

In order for your battle to count you must challenge another member to a battle or just ask is anyone up for a battle, here,not somewhere else, you don’t get pokepoints for winning elsewhere, you get points for winning in the dome. An example would be, you can’t win a championship unless your in that stadium. IF, someone says they accept, then the battle shall commence. In an unlikely result in a disconnection, which will happen, or connection problems occur during the match it results in an immediate rematch Once the full battle ends, Both the winner and the loser must post the result (i.e Ultimategamer won) you can even relay the score (2-0) to let us knw how badly you crushed them =P. If you Both do not post then the battle won’t count if only 1 posts, then the poster gets the points, the other none... point is, be here or private message me. Now this was a very big problem back in our last facility, in fact the biggest problem, Ok after the battle on wifi that small, blue screen pops up “Do you want a rematch” YOU MUST DO STEP ONE AND TWO AGAIN here, before that rematch...reason: us moderators can’t read minds, well snowbro can, but when we scroll through all the comments so we can record all the results we aren’t sure what happened if we see two challenges and one result and what not and it confuses the system. So if you don’t follow the rules, and we don’t see the number of challenges to the number of results, simple. No count. Ryan is this just wifi? No, we are as diverse as the oceans themselves, this can be link-connection, wifi wirless, Pokemon Battle Revolution (PBR), Battle simulators.... as long as you go by the rules, it will count. =] Ryan! He’s using hacked Pokemon! If you believe your opponent is using “Hacked” Pokemon in any form, PM any moderator and we can handle it accordingly. “Hacked” Pokemon are strictly forbidden at our Baja Dome, Hacks are a cheap excuse of laziness, yes I admit I once hacked, but it was back in the gold/silver/crystal era. I bought a gameshark, and do you know what happened? I lost 5 golds and 1 silver to it, that’s a lot of money, so I havn’t looked at a cheating device since, and effin proud of it. I believe hard work pays off, and I follow that! So if you use hacked pokemon here:
First Offence: Stern warning and a 20 pp deduction, and blue asterisk
Second Offence: Battle Dome purple asterisk by your name and a 40 pp Deduction also a top level rule from our system.
Third offence: 3 strikes your out buddy, lose of all accumulations of all points claimed here at the BBBD, and you will no longer be allowed to participate here at the battle dome. Point is: Don’t Cheat!Hacked Pokemon are defined as, but not limited too; any pokemon obtained in a non-natural manner, non-game way, and also people; GTS can give off hacks, that’s the place hackers thrive to rip you off, it depends, but its possible. Any Pokemon having 31 IVs in all stats unnaturally, 255 EVs in each stat, exceeding the 510 limit of EVs total, maxed stats, illegal movesets, and unauthorized game glitches. Though some shinies aren’t hacked, a nintendo survey found out around 82% of shinies out there are hacks, so just be aware of that. Any pokemon obtained through pokesav, AR, gameshark, or any other hacking device are strictly forbidden.
Before you and your opponent battle, you both must agree to battle under a certain set of rules.
You and your opponent are free to battle under any terms, just have to agree. ;D
Also completely forget our old 12 hour open... hail yeah!!! to that! We’re OPEN 24 hours a day!
In the result of a tie, you both will be awarded 7pp.
Around the end of the day or possibly week, the staff will hand out the “water spout outstanding performance” Award to the best battler of that day/week.
