First difficulty when developping applications is the choice of the tools to use and how to configure them to work efficiently. The chance you have here is that i will do this choice for you. I will try too to explain clearly to you how to install and configure the selected tools (lucky boys)

I'll continue later. just a tips, the tools to use will be Oracle Jdeveloper, Oracle Application Server and Oracle9i. In some posts some open-source softwares will come and increase this list (Jasperreport and Ireport among others)
