The Beginning

Hey everyone,
I don't know how often I'm going to post on this Blog but do check it out every so often.
I will probably not be sending you people emails that say: we have updated our Blog, please check http://my.opera.com/Tigrastic/blog/ though I might refer to this Blog in other personal emails.

In case your wondering exactly what I'm going to post
here, it will probably be a variaty of things.
I might just simply talk about my day or week.
Or I may talk about a special event...
I will probably find specific subjects I wish to talk about.
And I may tell you what I'm feeling/going through right now.

Well, I think that's enough for now.
Do comment on the posts please otherwise it's not worth posting anything!

2007 News-Letter

Greetings,

For 8 years I went to school at two Tunisian-system schools. But, because of the fact that I don’t like Science and the Language “partition” is all in Arabic (which I’m not too great at), I am now doing home-schooling in English! Of course part of the advantages of H-S is about my health; Cystic Fibrosis makes me tired easily… We have all noticed the difference this year: H-S is very flexible time-wise and homework-wise! We chose 6 subjects: all GCSEs; English, Maths Higher, Biology, History, Geography & Home Economics: Child Development (my favourite). I’m doing French twice a week at a local Cultural Centre. Arabic Class hasn’t started yet (we haven’t decided what to do).

Enough about school! The rest of the week is taken up with various things:
-Sport takes up time daily; swimming twice a week and gym at home.
–Babysitting, cleaning the house and helping the kids with Arabic homework are an activity I do every Thursday afternoon.
–Awana; a local Christian Club I partially lead.
–Cardlism; the time I take as craft class.
–Church: including my Youth Group “Les Ados” (Teens in French), Nursery (now only once or twice a month because I’m too busy) and the Baptism Class (taught by my mum)…

Coming to more recent things: Together with two other people I wrote a play for Christmas. So preparations and rehearsals are now taking place. Besides that we might be going to Switzerland for 10 days in December –might!-

God Bless! Mel
