I really hope this is the last time I'll have to change the feed addresses for my channels. I have previously tried
FeedBurner, but I had some difficulties, probably because the feeds weren't 100% valid. After a request from a subscriber, I fixed the feeds to be valid and now FeedBurner accepts them. So, long story short here are the new and hopefully final locations for my Miro channels:

I was wondering why my Timo's Movie Trailers channel's number of subscribtions has skyrocketed in the past week or so. Then I checked out Miro's list of top rated channels and somehow Timo's Movie Trailers is number two! It's great that it's getting all this attention, because I've always felt it was more interesting that Timo's HD Movie Trailers, because of the variety of movies featured. I'm just worried I'll have to move the feed to a new host again because of the increased traffic.

My host FileDen is having some server troubles, so the RSS feeds for Timo's Movie Trailers and Timo's HD Movie Trailers are currently down. Hopefully they'll get things sorted out soon so you can again subscribe to the channels in Miro.

I just watched one of the most entertaining action films I've seen in a long time. It's a Turkish film called En büyük yumruk from 1983 starring Cüneyt Arkin, who I'm sure is familiar to all fans of Turkish schlock cinema. I have no idea what the plot of the film is, but it's pretty irrelevant when you've got countless action scenes of Arkin and his female sidekick beating up bad guys. This is one of the most action packed films I've ever seen, since there's an action scene every 5-10 minutes. Most of them have the hero doing his awesome Cüneyt-Fu to beat up baddies wearing ski masks. I'm sure the reason they all wear ski masks is because it's probably the same stuntmen in every fight. There's also two car chases that are entirely lifted from other movies.
Yes, one notable thing about this film is that it shamelessly steals footage from countless other films. Almost every action scene has shots lifted from Hollywood or Hong Kong action films. I recognized footage from Charles Bronson's The Stone Killer and from a couple of Bond movies. I'm sure all of the music is also stolen, but I only recognized Morricone's score from My Name is Nobody.

There's a scene in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull where a bunch of ants carry Indiana's fedora to their nest. The fedora and the ants are all CGI. Why couldn't they just simply attach a string to the fedora and drag it on the ground and add the ants later? It would've been simpler, cheaper and better looking. That's a big problem in this movie. There's so much obvious cgi that it renders the action scenes completely unexciting. Characters swordfighting on jeeps racing through the jungle is a great idea and it would've been awesome if they had stuntmen doing it for real, but when you have actors in front of a green screen it just becomes boring.
I can't really think of anything really worthwhile about this movie. Shia and Kate were okay, I guess.

In the latest update My.Opera has stopped allowing hotlinking to files. So I've had to find a new host for my Timo's Movie Trailers and Timo's HD Movie Trailers feeds. I found this site
File Den which allows hotlinking to hosted files, so I hope this works as a solution. All subscribers to these channels have to resubscribe to get them working again and I'm sorry about this inconvenience.
I'm not happy about using a service like this for hosting and if someone has any suggestions for sites where I could host these two tiny rss files I'd love to hear from you.
