End of 2005 when Nidec (VN) at SHTP was handed over for operation by its esteem contractor, since that milestone to now (2008) every years Nidec has to pay a lot of budget just for re-new the production flooring area by new epoxy layer.
It was yesterday, when I did survey with doing mock-up area of 2sq.m for new epoxy layer at the pressing area, the conclusion has been resulted during the execution with analyzing in the aim of let Nidec to be awared of the followings:
+ The existing flooring at Nidec is structured by RC of 200mmT which comprised of 30mm green hardener with floating power;
+ Unknown reasons why the Nidec's original contractor used a transparency waxing layer covering all the RC c/w hardener based flooring for the production area while they also applied the new epoxy layer which totally could not stick to the waxing-based floor since the wax, in fact, latex-based;
+ After scratching the existing epoxy layer (which was very easily done for the small mock-up area) the exposed hardener-based was seemed to be oversaturation, it meant

that the waxing layer have been penetrated deeply into the RC hardener-based flooring, in the other hands, moisture with humidity pressure below the floor also have been at high level. The more my attempt of grinding the floor, the more the floor surface's polishing!
Not long later, strong recommendation has been made to Nidec that, this floor must be removed by machine with a min deepth of 30mmT, however this seems to be M.I (mission impposible)

Mr. Shimizu from Nidec gives the followings to me:
We need to expand our 1 powder-coating machine room with 2 more machines, the existing room also have been facing some critical situations:
1) Air temperature of this room sometimes was approximately exceeded 40 degree celcius
2) The existing ventilation grill can not well work as well as dust-filtering too pollution within the room when the machine is in use

This part is the first part for Fuji Impulse job. They has been advised by the fire-fighting department of Thu duc (TDFF) that their main nitrogen tank must be covered by roofing.
Luckily for me is that the related tanks connected with the nitrogen tank is set under the roofed way between the warehouse and workshop, it means that all i have to do is to extend the existing canopy roof which connected the two bldg blocks, however there are two water in-out pipe line hanging next to the flashing which were running square to square to the cooling tank , besides the extension roofing work is just a half span in between the two blocks.
Underneath of the new extension must be clear, so there will be no column to be supported from the ground and the side for installing the half-truss is metal cladding which there is one costly laser cutting machine behind.
Anyway, there are a lot of obstruction for this job, the contract have countersigned already, Khoa san said that the TDFF will visit for inspection of the nitrogen tank by 15 Jan, today is 8 Jan, i have totally 07days left....

We want to improve our working environment for all the workers as you can get the vision of existing facilities with the following conditions:
1) Only fresh-air in and out side;
2) Temperature inside the working area must be maintained from 28-30 degree celcius;
3) Solid waste shall be collected for selling
4) We have enough space reserved for this work, so make your proposal so that we can meet the requirement of ISO-14000 as well

To make new room dim.: 18mLx10mW for the factory mechanical works

To make water cooling pad for the room
To make the cyclone for solid waste treatment (alum grinder)

These days for the coming lunar new year in VN, all are going up in price for living cost especially in the construction materials.
Iron bar and brick, the main materials for structure part of a building are increased up to 50% in a short period. Last week the 4-hole hollow brick quoted only 700VND/pcs however today it's becoming more than 1K/pcs. The same to iron round bars, for the deformed bars, it's also climbing up to the moon...
This season also is the season for people to re-new their home for the new year, some inquiries for renovation work and remodeling however the timing from my clients have always been long, almost of my offers are going to be expired but my clients wanted me to keep the rate ... very hard work.
Manpower also is a key factor that put me in headace. To mobilise the worker at this time ...not an easy job, this year is a booming year for the construction workers, lack of both skilled and general workers due to huge VN country - construction - site. Gen. Worker per-idem now comes up to 70k/ppl, for the skilled one: double rate!
