My Perfect White Bread (Update)

35 g Instant Yeast OR 100g Wet Yeast
90g Caster Sugar
1 Litre warm Water
Keep them working (10-15 min.)
1,6 kg Bakery flour
1.half TS Salt
2.some herbs to your Taste
3.Half coffee cub Olive oil
Mix them all up to a dough,I prefer to use gloves.....not a must!
Keep them on a warm place til it is big enough (3 times bigger)
Then workout again the dough for approx. 5 min.
Roll them a bit- to cut 'em in pieces your choice (not to big ,-) )
give the bread then on tray's (with a bit Flour) or forms, if available. add a bit olive oil in the forms
( NOT much) let them stay again on a warm place for a couple min., smear the bread with a bit Olive oil for a nice crust.
and put it in the preheated oven ( 155 degrees For 35 min.)
Well done that's it!!
I use this recipe already a couple Years,so it works perfectly....

Consider, may you need here to use some Flour!!!
The Best of all: crushed Walnuts mixed up with Truffle oil – the taste and smell is FANTASTIC
also the Mediterranean style is very famous with sun-dried Tomato's , chopped Black Olives,.....
