I ran across these videos of Taylor Hicks live performances. Man can this guy sing. I was disappointed in his first CD, because if you view these performances and then compare it with his CD, you will see that they just didn't let him sing as he can sing. Taylor is not! a pop artist like Carrie Underwood was not.

If the producers allow Taylor to sing like he is in these videos, he is going to sell records like crazy. Taylor is a soul artist and that is exactly what they need to produce and let him sing. Watch him folks. What do you think Taylor Hicks fans? This guy in concert is dynamite. He is so entertaining and gets the fans involved!

Oh, how right you are!!! I just saw Taylor in concert last Thursday night and he was unbelievable!!! He was SO MUCH better than he ever was on American Idol. Seeing him perform live is quite an experience. I'm aware that some people don't like him, but if they would ever see him in concert I'm sure he would change their minds. I hope to see him again because it is definitely, definitely worth it.

Arne - to your point... Watch "Wherever I Lay My Hat" with the tag "Chain Gang" and it includes a little tribute to Marvin 'Let's Get It On' Gaye and Jackie 'Lonely Teardrops' Wilson, as well as featuring some duet harmonizing with his backup singer, Melanie. Saw this one myself. He's in his element here. GREAT!

Hey I saw Tay last Thurs too in Lancaster.....he was amamzing live. I keep asking myself can he get any better. Going to concert cost me over $450(tickets abd Digital Cam) and worth every penny. I had a M&G also,best day of my life.

I agree he is just outstanding. You are right he is in his element, now if the producers of his albums can allow him to be in his element. I am sure they will like the results of the sales, if not love them.

I think that Taylor can just bring out a smile, fun, and make everyone have a good time. I know you had to of had the best day of your life. You saw Taylor Soul Man Hicks live and putting on a quite the show to remember!
