I live in the Virginia mountains, not far from the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Parkway is a wonderful drive and a nice place for painting or playing my saxophone.
I also live within an hour of Virginia Tech. I was in Blacksburg that day. I heard over the radio that there was a gunman on campus, but didn't hear the name of the college. I didn't realize that it was Virginia Tech until I saw eight police cars and emergency vehicles heading in that direction. Like everyone else, I listened intently for news. I have friends who work there. Like everyone else, I was saddened and heartbroken to hear the news that came from Tech that day. I've sent loving and healing thoughts and prayers to the families, the victims and the injured, as well as to everyone else who was affected by that day's events. It is truly a day that will live in infamy.
Politics is heading toward high gear with many putting their hats in the ring for the presidential nomination. I just hope we get a good one this time. Oh, sorry to all of you who like President Bush. To each his or her own. I didn't vote for him either time.

Dear God servant
Calvary greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I thank Him
every day for salvation which He gave me I did not pay anything or
work for it but by His own Grace.I want to introduce myself to
you, Am pastor of local church, the church name is living voice church
here in Malawi Africa. It is a small church of 65 members. we are a n
church , called to be a pastor in 1998. Am full time pastor of the
small church.
My every day ministry is to visit Hospitals and pray for the sick and
if tracts are available I distribute in side every ward also I invite
them to the after been discharged .I call it Hospital ministry. I walk
long distances to preach the Gospel of our Jesus Christ footing.
Also I do prison ministry I go to the prison and preach the Gospel of
salvation and call them to the prayer of repentance. Other days I went
their just to teach them the word of God and his love. On top of that
I go house to house evangelism and market and other public places, I
go and preach to people there Many times I travel long distance
footing just to do evangelism I ask for your assistance of bicycle.I want to work with your ministry. I want your church to reach the
lost souls here .I believe that if I can work under your leadership
and your support I can work better. also I have keep the orphans at
my house they are 11 children after their guardian died with
HIV/AIDS these give me much burden for their school fees food clothes,
mostly this year due to drought I stay with them in My rental house.
Sometimes I failed to find food for them, what I do is to send them
back to their former guardians after find food I go and take them back
though they allow to go but they complain much many times I pray in
tears that help should help me as am write there nothing for them to
eat. Now I pray from the lord to help these children. . I want to
corporate with you. I want your ministry help me to reach the lost
souls here in Malawi . Your ministry, faith, mission ,leadership,
teaching, programs and support really can help many people in Malawi
.Many people here have not heard about Jesus, they are living in
darkness, the reason that many of them they dont read.
