A visit to Raphaels Park and Ingrebourne valley and harrow lodge park and Dagenham chase - a busy day!

On Thursday I finally had a free day and the weather was good 
So I thought I'd head for part of the Ingrebourne river and the parks reserves it flow through: Ingrebourne Nature Reserve, Hornchurch Country Park and Berwick Woods. I started of in Raphaels park as its only a small diversion from the walk to the bus stop. There I was treated to a great crested grebe hunting for breakfast
