More coot fighting action

I'll finish as I started with the Regents Park posts, with those aggressive coots. This photo is probably the best I managed

This photo would have been my best if it wasn't for the gull ruining the background!

You can see they are so aggressive that they lift themselves out of the water using thier wings so they can use their legs more effectively

They are not above forcing their opponent underwater.

It almost looks like they are dancing sometimes when the action is frozen by the camera, but believe me there was no elegance in what they were doing!

With all the fighting and chasing round I tried to get a shot Ive been after for a while, a coot running across the water's surface and I got a reasonable result.
