Regents park - the last heronry report

Yesterday I went to Regents Park for a quick wander round. Ill start by concluding the heronry reports. Most of the chicks appeared to have fledged now so there won't be anything to report soon. I did see some adults collecting stick thou, so I guess we'll see.
The grey heron fledglings are still around and I saw at least 3 in the park. Here is one of them

I also paid a very brief visit to the tawny owlets (I dont want to disturb them) to fire of a couple of shots
As you can see one was in a much better spot for a photo than last time.Alos about was the pair of nesting mistle thrushes, one of them here
And this chaffinch weas foraging among the roses, probably for aphids
In the wildfowl collection, I watched this bar-headed goose climb out of the lake
This male carolina wood duck posed nicely
And this barnacle goose was grazing in a field of daisys
On my way home I had a diversion through Raphaels Park where a pied wagtail was unusually confiding
