New program in the making, need some feedback

Im working on a new software project, as ive deemed StartU finished. However, I need some thoughts and feedback on this one.. Read on!
The programs main function is to give you full control over shutting down your computer, including setting a specific time, or count down. (Planning to implement a calendar feature, so that you can schedule a shut down several days in advance). There are tons of programs that can do the same though, so in order to make mine unique, im going to try to implement some fancy features.
The first (and only one so far), is the ability to order your computer to shut down from basically any computer with internet access. What you do is that you firstly configure the program to look for what I call a "command file" at a specific location, example: http://yoursite.com/commandfile.xml. Then, with the help of the program, you can create this commandfile to see the syntax. After this, the program will check for the commandfile every now and then (once every minute or so). So, lets say you are on vacation and forgot to shut your computer down, all you need to do is to create or edit a command file, and upload it to your site, lets say yoursite.com, and then the program will download the file and do what it says (shut down\restart\log off).
Maybe that was a slightly complicated explanation, but its actually really easy. Another thing im happy with is the design and layout. I decided to thrash the usual windows top-bar, and make my own. (Look at the screenshot)

So, what do you think? Any suggestions or comments?
Cheers!
