I hope to talk more about doing exercises end everything, but I just did once more this "radio taiso" from japan. Its the most easy and no will or volition is needed to do this kind of easy exercises. So I rly wanted to share it with you. If you don't know that doing some exercises every day is vital - you should search around about related info, so I now wont go in a lot of arguments as of why.
I did various yoga, sri yoga, and so on. But I share the simple ones, those that it is easy to adopt and integrate in full of activities life. So this "radio taiso" is a good start even as for like - if you don't want to do any excercises, feel lazy, you will not be so lazy as to skip this easy excercise, and after it you will feel more great, and will be able to do other excercises.
In short I would also recomend some yoga breathing excercises, and then five tibetan rites. after that it is not so easy way to learn but "kriya yoga" to maximum oxygen and prana levels, and be in control of your thoughts just as you are in control of your breathing.
Its best two, that I discovered uptil now. I know many good others, but yet its the best two in a way material and large/wide stuffs to share to anyone. Apart from short truth/sayings that might be more of core, and could tell short and most important things in life to discover and live by. And again those two is more like you can learn in many years, adapt, still try to get more understanding and grip of it, and live more and so on. N'so..:
Ladies and gentlemen: Urantia Book (also know as Urantia Documents, Fifth Epochal Relevation, or Urantia Papers, or just UB) - I discovered it first in April or May of year 2005. Bashar (a channelers future self, a multi dimensional being wich goes through Darryl Anka) - his teachings I discovered a bit later on September of year 2008.
Those two things is beyond any imagination, and it will take years and years to fluently quote them. They are the most big additions to consciousness for now on earth. And I probably later on list some other amazing and greatly helping things I know of, but still If I go through all this size of sources those two would be the ones.
With that I only gave you the names of them. And I'm hoping to widen up this introduction later. because there is so important short messages, and what place in life takes those two. So for now that's it.
Probably every1 enjoys music. As in NGE, one of the last angels said: "Singing relieves soul". And so I wanted to share some points about music. What I like about it, is ability to put your soul into it, and to feel others soul that been put into it. Yep, the music. As oposing to this, we can mention some monothonic music that goes bum-bum for long, and effects only mind as to capture thoughts from maybe not-so-good feelings into that workout with monothonic-same=rythmic "music".
Well this is my opinion, but where I live in my hometown/city there are teenagers' and province people clubs like: global and manhattan (previously called paradox), and I almost havent been there.. but it seems to me like more dumber, younger, and cool/cold hearted people gather there to eat some drugs and do/think perverse things. My current favorite club is Martini, cheers for staff.
Secondly, as first thought was about soul in music, then next is about importance to gather and have your own music library, music colection. For me I did pump down music half or decade ago, but now I dont rly have the the time (or I just say so), and.. I'm longing for it. What solves and lets me carry on like this - I listen to internet radio, there is one I experienced - it's /sky.fm/ that has some categories, and my favorites are: Love Music, lounge, alternative rock, sometimes ambient, eurodance, chilout and some more.
And hey, I havent learned to blog yet. Hope to get used to it. Love, and free will mixed with global consciousness to each and every1 of you.
