I think this snow will stay longer because of sub zero teperatures that will last for a week or so. More snow is expected in a next few days, also in a New Year`s Eve

I hate the sub zero temperatures, but love when it is all white and snowy for New Year's eve... so I think I'll enjoy it.

Snow is good to read what happened before you arrive. In the woods it gives many clues. Birds, mice, deer, foxes.....
In the city, around your house you can check if someone passed on your land, where they went, etc. I like to observe all that.
