Our intentions of this site is to promote great music, film and American Street Culture we are experts in these fields and will do our best to stay genuine and true to the art form. People outside of the US may not understand this culture but please if you have any questions whatsoever please ask and well be glad to have an educated talk with you on these subjects. I'm going to explain a few things about us in detail.
WE ARE HIP-HOP, but what is hip-hop? for the average person it's just a music or style of music for that matter but that Isn't the case... it's a culture and a lifestyle. You don't do hip-hop you are hip-hop. Hip-Hop is the art of MC'ing, DJ'ing, B-Boying(breaking) and Graff which came from the streets of NYC in the 70's The Bronx to be exact, it came up from poverty stricken area with drugs, violence, racial issues and serious crime. The way some of these people escaped this is through music and the art of hip-hop. There is strong language, strong views and strong material associated with this culture its not necessarily meant to offend anyone, please keep an open mind when listening or viewing this material. Try to look at through the views of the artist, think about where they grew up, what they've come from and the horrors they've seen from being there and may still face everyday. I will say this not every rapper is from the projects, not every rapper swears, not every rapper degrades women you can find this music out there if you want suggestions of something clean please let us know perhaps we can direct you or perhaps you can direct us in the direction if you're knowledgeable to this sort of thing.
We also specialize in underground and foreign films this material may be offensive to some as well so be warned that some of the content may contain strong images of violence or adult subject matter not intended for young children to view without an adult present.
