My OperaVegetarian on holliday - not easy

Hello!
This is my first blog here on ´vegetarians of the world´.
I come from Denmark, (just a little below Norway and Sweden - if there is any doubt;) )
I went to Austria this summer, the first time in a foreign country as a vegetarian.
Maybe most of you already know how to prepare what to eat, when you go on holliday.
But it was new to me, and in Austria you can get a lot of pig and Schnitzel and beer. So it was not so easy to find anything green to eat - until - and this is my advice for you - until I discovered chinese take away!! That saved the day! You can almost everywhere find som kind of Chinese food. Nothing like warm soup with tofu and vegetables...

Hmm, saurkraut? Veg ghoulash? Croissants & jam? Dumpling soup? Beetroot sandwiches - Ja, es ist schwerig!
