My good friend and talented photographer came over to my Austin studio for a few nights to shoot me working on a new piece. This video is from the final night of the shoot finishing my painting titled "Spirit Boat for Jiggs" which is an ode to my Uncle, Conway "Jigger" Pierson the world renowned sculptor and raku artist. All of the still black and whites are photos from Daniel Davis.

I recently helped start a new company called Kammok in the last year. We are an outdoor adventure brand and through our product sales we are engaged in the fight against Malaria in Africa as well as supporting sustainable development in Kenya. We recently had the honor of participating in a TED talk about our brand. Would love to share it with you!

Here is a new piece by Veritas Artist Collectives Jonathan Combs Music, Jonathan in is Iceland working on a short film. While driving in Northern Iceland they took a detour to a beach with some pretty amazing views. Drangey Island, in the background, is known for its ghosts. Enjoy!
