Now, I think, I come to Opera everyday. But, one thing I don't get to do is update my group. It's not as easy as I hoped to be, but, making progress is something I like doing. My blog is the same way, I don't update my life everyday, only because I feel there is no need to. When I blogged in the past, it was because it was more fun to blog about phones. Then I realized that RIM was dying and that blogging about phones was not a good choice. Then there was WoW, yes, I do play everyday, but not enough happens, or nothing bloggable happens. So at this point, I've been a bit lost on what to continuously blog about. At this point, tech support for programs and hardware will be that.
Simply put, I will blog about some trick about any thing PC related. I'll even do reviews on awesome games only for Pc, that people find worthy. This way, I'm being helpful, while insightful. Tamil will still be the Opera King, so if it's opera related, go to him.

As we all know in the wonderful world of Opera, the browser the devs write has been good. Only up to a point. Going from 7 to 8, Opera Browser has had some if not more issues than when 10 debuted. Upon running Opera, the RAM usage to rendering is a ratio that I can no longer call acceptable. Opera has been good up till 12. Even then the problems are noticeable. If the Dev team reads this, I only have one request, make Presto new again. It needs to have a new age code for today's times. It needs to be light-weight again, something that hasn't really been of the late. Don't get me wrong, Opera is great, but it needs an overhaul.

Ok so we all know how popular WoW is, so is there a competitor that can slap the MMO of the year back down? Does it meet the standards? We are about to find out. In this review En Masse Studio and Bluehole make a video game that uses the Unreal Engine.

I have a lot of issues when someone asks me what is wrong with their PC/Mac. When I say Browser, I get what is this faces. And I would not have any issues with it, if it was 30 years prior to today. While there are more Computer-teligent people than say 30 years ago, there is common knowledge that getting up to speed might not be a bad thing. The last generation didn't have an issue when cars got a major face lift, they just got smart real fast. A lot has indeed changed in our PC market, a volatile and most unpredictable force that drives a facts of life. However, some things haven't changed, like the cords we use to the programs for simple things. Making the effort to learn simple stuff isn't hard, nor is it expensive. Your local Library/School may have free classes to teach you what a browser is, what it can do, and how it is different from Office. Call 211 and ask for simple PC skill classes.

We all know about Unix, Linux, Mac, and Windows. What you don't know is that Unix and Linux can be gotten legally, free of charge. But wait, should it not be free to the public, Windows is 100$ just to upgrade! Linux is just as good as Windows, yet I can get Ubuntu for free, why? Ubuntu has what is called GNU GPL(GNU General Public License) which allows for it to distributed freely. Because it is open source modifying it is allowable without Legal issues. Ubuntu is one of many Linux OSs that are free os charge to the public due to GNU GPL, this and other software that is massively distributed, requires this licensing practice, otherwise, shady deals like Apple or M$ would take those concepts and charge them to the Public. There are some Linux OSs that require payment, only due to it License Terms. Unix is more Closed-sourced and a bit more is priced for the public to use, however, even with the Bell coding gone, a lot of Unix Software is still free of charge.

So, you have decided to make one client for all your email needs. Then it asks, "Protocol used", "port". Then you think, "Ummmmmmm". Not knowing this information is easy, getting it is even harder. But, if your actually needing that info, since some clients are user savvy and fetch that info for you. Then this information is very useful for you.

This will bring a smile to you as you read about how bath salts turn you to a raging homosexual ethnic satanic liberal. You'll soon find Dubstep to be worth listening to as well.
This satire site is not only amusing, but fun to chime into. The site has other blogs as well, so you can read other humorous rants about conundrums.

So I, in my infinite wisdom, deleted my Facebook account. To be honest, biggest waste of time. At least my divorce will make me better in time. The worst about facebook, is how much time you waste doing nothing but playing stupid games and looking at pictures people are to lazy to write out. If I do waste my time, it'll be on Diablo 3 and WoW.

Ever wonder what kind of armor your friend has or what pieces are needed for your awesome set. Or you want to show off how Cataclysmically Superior you really are, or what your friends are doing. The WoW Armory gives an idea of what to get for your character. And what is needed for what achievements, raids(if your like me and want to see if you can take Arthas on, or do a weekly Onyxia), and even professions. I swear this is both fun and useful.
Get it on Droid, iPhone, iPad, and PC.
See you in two days!

So now the phone war has really begun... between Google(the guy who do android AND droid) and Apple's big hit iPhone. Sadly one company is being swept under the rug......
Sunday, August 8, 2010 6:59:29 PM
As dawn into the era of phone apps, one company is making their phones stand out and its not the Blackberry. In fact, its the iPhone, as of right now the iPhone reigns over the phone industry leading in sales and app sales as well. Why? Because apples phone OS is so versatile in the market, making other phone just seeming little. And yes even the Blackberry, RIMs(Research In Motion) best phone concept since its arrival of the smartphone dominated the market with its anywhere user ability to get email and track meetings with ease, is now failing even to the iPhone, even though Apple's once recall of iPhone 4's, the newest thing on the market, experienced some not so desired effects to the load of people wanting one. Now they had to go back to Apple to get either a case for it or a brand new one. This is where 6 comes in. As Apple struggles with the problem, RIM released their app loving OS 6. Now one might wonder, why would you want a business phone to have apps? Simple so more can sell.
Remember when it comes to phones, all the key features like the mouse or what ever is on the phone if it isn't a app friendly phone chances are you might as well be giving them away. I had a chance to play with Blackberries, they're cool in all but iPhone will win due to all the games and other neat stuff i like being available to the iPhone.
So remember, the quantity of apps choose the phone.
Sunday, August 8, 2010 6:37:55 PM
Yes thats right RIM is coming out with the answer to the iPhone. This was due to the recent drop in sales because of one issue. "its the apps"(see blog its all about the apps.)
Now i introduce to you The Torch:
The 9800(otherwise known as The Torch) is the first slider from RIM. It also carries the new OS, 6. The Torch is now for everyday use. To see a better perspective on the OS 6 see the youtube video:
Now the details of the phone itself:
High-resolution touch screen
Full QWERTY keyboard
3G network support
Simultaneous voice and data
Email and text messaging
Camera and video recording
As 6 approches, the app manufactor(name unknown at the time) will be able to make more apps for RIM.
Making a comeback for RIM now seems possible.

The storm has a very nice touch screen, in fact, this one actually clicks and is easier to navigate than any other touch screen phone/device around. it friggin clicks for goodness sake!. though i had in my hands for a few minutes, i learned a lot about this powerful device. The memory is a hugh 1 GB of space, formatted with all pre-installed apps is about 910 MB. A 3.25-inch diagonial screen. the Storm also comes pre-installed an 8 GB micro SD card. GPS. Streaming content is enabled(for first time, idk). Battery life is a whooping 372 hours stand-by, wow, i didn't think 372 was possible. and 4 again for talk. as of course, you can do the same stuff you could with the other bb's. memory expandable. as for price for the phone, $99.99 plus tax with 2 yr contract. only Verizon will carry this device.
The website description:

Now this is the type of Blackberry that is obsolete. Unfortunally you will not find this type anymore. No Camera, or GPS for that matter. What it does have is the suretype keyboard, like on the pearl. With a trackwheel and an on/off button with a holster, make it sleaker and smaller than the 8700. For those who still have it, upgrading is still possible. Its like the 8700 and the 8100 combined, minus a trackball. All carriers had this at one time or another. make date, not sure. but a diagional 3 inch screen makes browsing easy on the eyes.

the 8800 is a world wide tool. with gps it can buddy with goggle maps and show you the way of the world. with multimedia software, and the thinner design makes it for a slver type me a phone. a full qwerty keyboard. no camera though. from what i heard and sampled throug its trackball. it has voice command, bluetooth, and color changing trackball. there is expandable memory slot. the battery is still the same as others. however, because of its worldly ability, sync with outlook express and your own blackberry email. though this is a standard. $500 for just the device, cable, and disk. use as a modem for your pc. worth it: average

The Blackberry pearl is one of the candybar cell phone. and in my eyes the most popular. it has the qwerty keyboard in a 5 * 4 pad. and like the curve, it has the trackball. and expandable memory. there is a reason for this. when i had this device, almost all the available sixty four megs were taken. but this one has a camera and multimedia abilities. still has the ability to change apn. and is opera compatible. others include games, third party apps, but a smaller screen and i didnt like it. the phone also comes with over sixty different languages. i dont know why. its worth the buy though. its about $300 dollars and it comes in 5 colors. use as a modem as well. has bluetooth. no gps. the battery is still 16 days standby time and four talking. worth it: Yes
Thursday, November 15, 2007 1:02:01 AM
the curve. by blackberry. now i dont know much, but the curve is the first and in my hopes the only device from RIM with Wi-Fi capablility. the 8300 is newer than the pearl and gives a full qwerty on a small frame. friends tell me that it is multimedia, full internet, and camera capable. no GPS. same quailties as the pearl. including battery life, email, third party apps, and games. price: 399 USD AT T MOBILE worth it: average.
Friday, October 19, 2007 4:26:23 AM
Now i wanted to tell you about the 8700 now a lot me carriers sell this phone. with sixty four Mb of space. a big screen. the ability to change the APN. and the 4 hours of talk on a standard battery. though no gps it is standard for emails and moving your desk with you. and no expandeable mem slots. no camera or multimedia capabilities. this is still a powerful device. opera compatible. full qwerty board. track wheel. more apps to fill your phone with. price: 300 to 450 usd worth it: yes bluetooth: yes outlook compatible, maybe
