The storm part of the 9000 series

,

The storm has a very nice touch screen, in fact, this one actually clicks and is easier to navigate than any other touch screen phone/device around. it friggin clicks for goodness sake!. though i had in my hands for a few minutes, i learned a lot about this powerful device. The memory is a hugh 1 GB of space, formatted with all pre-installed apps is about 910 MB. A 3.25-inch diagonial screen. the Storm also comes pre-installed an 8 GB micro SD card. GPS. Streaming content is enabled(for first time, idk). Battery life is a whooping 372 hours stand-by, wow, i didn't think 372 was possible. and 4 again for talk. as of course, you can do the same stuff you could with the other bb's. memory expandable. as for price for the phone, $99.99 plus tax with 2 yr contract. only Verizon will carry this device.

The 7100

, ,

Now this is the type of Blackberry that is obsolete. Unfortunally you will not find this type anymore. No Camera, or GPS for that matter. What it does have is the suretype keyboard, like on the pearl. With a trackwheel and an on/off button with a holster, make it sleaker and smaller than the 8700. For those who still have it, upgrading is still possible. Its like the 8700 and the 8100 combined, minus a trackball. All carriers had this at one time or another. make date, not sure. but a diagional 3 inch screen makes browsing easy on the eyes.

the 8800

, , ,

the 8800 is a world wide tool. with gps it can buddy with goggle maps and show you the way of the world. with multimedia software, and the thinner design makes it for a slver type me a phone. a full qwerty keyboard. no camera though. from what i heard and sampled throug its trackball. it has voice command, bluetooth, and color changing trackball. there is expandable memory slot. the battery is still the same as others. however, because of its worldly ability, sync with outlook express and your own blackberry email. though this is a standard. $500 for just the device, cable, and disk. use as a modem for your pc. worth it: average

The Pearl.

, , , ,

The Blackberry pearl is one of the candybar cell phone. and in my eyes the most popular. it has the qwerty keyboard in a 5 * 4 pad. and like the curve, it has the trackball. and expandable memory. there is a reason for this. when i had this device, almost all the available sixty four megs were taken. but this one has a camera and multimedia abilities. still has the ability to change apn. and is opera compatible. others include games, third party apps, but a smaller screen and i didnt like it. the phone also comes with over sixty different languages. i dont know why. its worth the buy though. its about $300 dollars and it comes in 5 colors. use as a modem as well. has bluetooth. no gps. the battery is still 16 days standby time and four talking. worth it: Yes
