The six groups of Morse Code are
SHADOW FORCES
DIGETAL INTERPRETATI(ON)
LUCID MEMORY
TISYOUR POSITION
VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE
SOS RQ
Three of these groups contain Morse code palindromes. Three do not. Let's split those groups.
Palindromes.
DIGETAL INTERPRETATION
VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE
SOS RQ
Non-palindromes
SHADOW FORCES
LUCID MEMORY
TISYOUR POSITION
For the non-palindromes, we leave out SHADOW FORCES for now.
For the other two, we simply take the first letter. That gives us:
LMTP
For the palindromes, we leave out SOS RQ. For the other two, we take the center of the palindrome.
With DIGETAL INTERPRETATION, the P is the center of NTERPRETA, the Morse code palindrome. Right above the P on the physical copper plating is the misspelled E. So far, we have
LMTPPE
Next is VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE. EINVISIBLE is a perfect palindrome and we should take the middle S. But take a look at the physical plating. Note how the S is cut off in the center of the plate?
What we really have is this:
VIRTUA/LLY
INVII/EIBLE
We take the A and I just before the separation.
LMTPPEAI is what we have so far.
We are left with two groups of Morse code.
SHADOW FORCES
SOS RQ
On the physical slab, the S's are directly above or below the O's. It could be either letter, but in this case, it's the S's that we need.
LMTPPEAISS can be anagrammed to PALIMPSEST

This ordering (swapping the P rows) has a cool feature.

.....TISYOUR
THREE!
This looks like a clue for the next keyword.
T IS YOUR POSITION? Three starts with T.
Actually, what if THREE is a clue to use Quagmire III?
