Objective
I am involved in a construction project of building a mobile home to help start my brother's construction business and to get some funding for Project V. We are looking to get another 2K in order to replace some funding we can get in about 30 days, but we'd like to obtain 4K total to have a good buffer. Since I have about 20 days of pictures so far (we're on the roof right now), I am posting them one weekday at a time until those 30 days are up in the hopes that it will generate some interest.
Any amount is accepted as we don't need it all from one source. Even $100 would help. Note that we are 100% sure of finishing it even without any extra funding. We can get it ourselves if need be. It's just faster and easier if we got some help because our time is currently taken up actually building it.
ROI offered is 100%. Double your money. Investors get paid first upon sale.
16' x 60' mobile home with two bedrooms.
Expected time of completion: Around end of July or beginning of August.
Initial asking price: $79,000 CDN negotiable.
Required to pay investors back: $20,000 CDN.
Required for 100% ROI: $40,000 CDN.
Anything above 20K selling price and you will make a profit.
Contact me if you are interested or if you want more information.
NOTE for Project V: I will also put anyone who invests $100 or more on the beta testing list as prototypes and testing becomes available as well as a free copy of Project V or an associated product of your choosing when they become available (tutorials or books). $500 or more and you can receive a free low level developer's kit and tutorials used for developing your own machine specific components and runtime engine and all other underlying technology. For $1000, I will offer to help set you up on a cluster or network for your massively concurrent application (ask for details). I'm also open to other deals if you need a custom solution. (For others, there will still be a free and Open Source version for normal development.)
Primary Objective Remaining: $2,000 CDN
Max Target Remaining: $4,000 CDN
Day 3 (May 22, 2007)
After waiting for ten whole days because of the rain right after we started construction, we can finally get back at it.
Here, we laid out the forms and levelled them.

Next, we get the cement truck to come over.

20 minutes later and we're done.

As you can see, they are all level.
Now we wait for it to dry. Next time, see how we make the blockings that support the home.
