New Years, public, idiot, VylleX

So It’s New Years Eve once again. Our Earth has circled the Sun once more, and this year I thought we weren’t going to make it, but oh if it wasn’t the little planet that could. And not to be offensive, but what the hell is the point of this holiday? We celebrate the beginning of a new year, by using fireworks, and caramel covered fruit. I enjoy it because I can actually drink and not feel bad about it. It’s an ok holiday; we spend time with our family, AGAIN. We eat a turkey, AGAIN, and we drink wine and champagne, AGAIN. Does anybody else feel as if Christmas and New Years are exactly the same? Only difference is no presents. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, everyone cracks a bloody cracker. A little tiny piece of paper with a fuse for dynamite stuck in it. We pull it apart, blow up, and we put on a tiny little paper hat, and blow tiny little whistles and read our tiny little fortunes, or jokes. So for tonight, when your standing with hundreds of other people looking up at the sky, looking at the pretty colours, please make these new years resolutions: I Will NOT act like an idiot in public. I will not talk on my cell phone in a theatre, and I will not cut someone off in traffic. If everyone made these resolutions… I’d finally be able to go shopping, watch a movie, and DRIVE MY FUCKING CAR!

Ok, well let’s start out by saying that if you’re reading this, thanks and please post a comment.
Now, have any of you seen the most recent James Bond? Casino Royale, starring Daniel Craig, is based on the first Ian Fleming novel about the worlds most well known British spy. In my point of view, Casino Royale was a superb movie, and they hit it almost spot on. The actor was a good choice because they needed a new young Bond and he was their best choice. Now Die another Day, or DAD was a good movie for CGI and characters, but the plot was horrible. Ian Fleming made these books, and those books made history. Most of the movies were based on these books, and they were fabulous, but DAD was not one of them. This was created in an underground laboratory with a few virginized mad scientists. Although I loved the acting, CGI was way over used. Honestly when will they come out with another movie as good as the days of From Russia With Love, or A View To A Kill? The 22nd bond movie will be like a sequel to Casino Royale, starting where the other left off. Will this one be any good? Bloody Hell it better be, because not only myself, but many others are losing faith in this series that I love. In fact, I’m watching A View to a Kill right now! How’s that for faith?

Online dating sites such as Lavalife have been becoming more and more popular with the community. Harmony is another such example if these sites. Honestly what happened to the god old newspaper classifieds? On these websites you think you’re talking to a 23 year old who likes long walks on the beach holding hands with his lover. 10 to 1 is a 48 year old, who can’t walk to the bathroom because of his arthritis. It’s just a picture how can you possibly even think that this is a person who is going to be honest? I have gone on chat sites for fun and pretended to be a woman and completely tricked guys to come and meet me, and when they were getting ready to get off and meet me, well I would tell them I was a man. A scary part of that is the fact of one guy said… and I quote, “Well it doesn’t matter man if you got a hole or a gear stick, I’ll still love you either way.” If you get that response EVER, run like you have never run before. But yeah, you can’t see them; you can’t tell if they are a man or a woman, fat or thin, or even old or young. Well I guess that’s why God created web cams!

Is it just me or does it seem that gay culture is becoming more and more popular in movies these days? Another Gay Movie, A movie about 4 teenage gay boys who just finishing high school, and still virgins, decide to make a pact to have sex for the first time before the end of the summer. Eating Out 2: Different Rocks / Sloppy Seconds, another movie about a college boy who, after getting dumped, pretends to be straight in order to get close to the nude model in his art class. See what I mean? And even some movies are becoming more gay under he surface… you just can’t see it. Okay, 300 is a pretty basic example. This movie is about the legendary battle between the Persians and the Spartans in early BC. Gay: Every man in this movie is half naked, and ripped. Every gay mans fantasy. And Casino Royale. Although it pains me to diss this movie, I have to point it out. In Die Another Day, Halle Berry rises from the ocean like the slut she is. In Casino Royale, Daniel Craig rises from the ocean in damned near a Speedo. Another scene, He’s naked and being whacked in the balls by another man. Anyone see an issue. Gay Culture is creeping in the movie racks, rising in the ranks, and most people don’t really notice. Do You?
