I certainly *have* heard of it, Kim, it's actually a very famous film. A "spaghetti western" (made in Italy) starring Clint Eastwood and based on an old Japanese samurai story, if I'm not mistaken...

Ah, not quite right - that was a Fistful of Dollars, based on the Japanese film Yojimbo. This one starred Henry Fonda and Charles Bronson and was a follow-up to the "Dollars trilogy" (A Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly) which all starred Eastwood. All made by Sergio Leone, though - so I was on the right track. smile
