Wow, it looks like I've been "tagged" by Saito-san. I try to answer because it is honor(but my English is very poor. Sorry).

My list

1. Standards support

   In other words, keep to current policy.

2. Auto update feature

   It may not be necessary for me. But, it is important for beginners(and my mother).

3. User JavaScript management system

   I want to more easily do file editing and fast ON/OFF switching.

4. Web development environment

   Okay, I know Developer Console. But, I want a more powerful development environment. Improved JavaScript console, XPath generator, HTTP header viewer, useful debugger, profiler and the rest.

5. More speed!

   I believe Opera is the fastest browser on earth. However, may not the fastest browser on universe. I need more speed!
