About me
Webcuts is THE event for films made for and distributed via the internet. Webcuts is always cutting-edge, around for centuries in internet-terms (since 2001 to be precise ;-) ) and showing only the freshest, funkiest and most interesting films you can find on the net. If you want to find out more about Webcuts, then visit our official site www.webcuts.orgThis is the blog of the Webcuts organisers. Here we’ll post some personal views on anything related to Webcuts, to internet films or the arts & internet, the cultural scene in Berlin or whatever else comes to our minds. Post us a comment, send us a mail, start a discussion. Webcuts is a meeting point and platform for people to exchange their views and ideas about what is happening in that universe called internet in terms of films, motion graphics, 3d animation etc. So this blog is just one way of getting that exchange started…
Should you be wondering who the Webcuts team are (from left to right):
Eckhard M. Jäger (he is the one who came with the idea for Webcuts and who – among other things – designs this beautiful blog and the Webcuts site)
Jennifer Hoffmann (she is doing the organising and public funding stuff)
Sven Assmann (he looks after DVD authoring and sponsoring)
Simone Würdinger (our woman for PR and press relations)
Not on the picture, but just as hard-working as the rest: Mara Kurotschka, who looks after cooperations and sponsoring.
And - last but not least - thanks to Christine Kisorsy, the photographer!
