My OperaRevival of ISO 12083 Mathematics DTD

Those who have tried to express mathematical formulae in SGML may remember ISO 12083 Mathematics DTD developed by AAP Math Update commitee.
We decided to revive it by writting UserJS implementation. It is unlikely to change anything, but in this way we would like to say that we still remeber ISO 12083 math DTD and will never let it die. In the same time it is protest against stupid tag-soup pushed by W3C math WG.
