All of you in the U.K will be aware that KNIFE CRIME is higher than ever!
Every day a new news story of another youth killed or how the government want to "Come down hard on knife crime!"
In reality, not much is being done! As a "Victim" of a knife related incident, i`ll go as far as saying the British legal system is a joke!
Why?..........
A few months ago i was involved in an incident that resulted in me being threatened to be stabbed, then within 5 miniuts i was put in the scary position of having a knife put up to my throat!

I am lucky enough to be trained in more than 1 martial art! and allthough my training said don`t do anything, just do as your told, something snapped! I took the upper hand and removed the knife from the equation! It wasn`t clever or big, it was a stupid thing to do, but i was lucky!
I`m in court in August, for the prosecution.
The person with the knife was charged with "COMMON ASSAULT"!!!!!! A charge so low, that any lower wouldn`t have even gone to court, And to top it off, I had to defend my own 11yr old past!

So, this is what our Government calls hard! can you see the joke? lol

i`ve been vague about the incedent as its not yet over in court!
I do intend on making my views known in court,I don`t trust the British legal system to protect me!
I don`t intend to involve the police in any comebacks that may occur from my court date, I cant see the point!



Well I was in court this week, nothing happened! adjourned till further notice. looks like I have to prove i gad permission to defend my sister-in-law`s house!!!!
I`m not happy at all.

I was reading a teletext page called game central when i came across an e mail from a reader it told of a site designed for the wii,for use with your wiimote! then it went on to say this site was totally free! well as yo can expect, i was more than a little bit dubious!
www.wiicade.com is a free site.
once loaded you get the option of 5 genres; action, shooter, puzzle, platform and various. In total i recon there must be over 100 games to either play online or download!
I HAVE NOT downloaded any games(saving space on wii)but i have tried a few out. the wiimote work perfectly for all of the games that i tried. although the grafix, well there not exactly next gen(more like the 8/16 bit era) but when its free you cant grumble.
