Mein erster Eintrag per iPod touch. Grund: der touch findet ohne weiteres das WLAN bei meinen Eltern und ich komm ins Netz. Mein Laptop hingegen findet zwar verschiedene Netzwerke von Nachbarn, weigert sich aber beharrlich das elterliche zu entdecken. Mysteriös. Wer weiß wie ich meiner WLAN Karte das Netzwerk unterschiebe?

The software that came with the WLAN/PC might work better than the OS at connecting.

Thanks for the hint. You'd think there was additional WLAN software from Intel provided for their network adapter, but no luck. Seems like I have to search around and try next time I'm at my parents'. Still very mysterious
