Where is the best place to enjoy winter and take some great photos?

I'm thinking of going to Switzerland this Christmas, is it a good destination to enjoy winter? I'm thinking of flying there and get a courier company to deliver my snow boarding kit over.

Any other suggestions are much appreciated.

Could we join in spring photo album? ( or what was its name)
