Tales of a South Downs fox... and other ramblings

Another kestrel and another street fox encounter

, , ,

This post will be brief, but there's a stunning sunset at the end of it. Much the same subjects as yesterday, but I'll start with a shot of a tree pipit (I'm taking a chance on the i.d.) taken this afternoon.

As for the main events, the kestrel is the same one as yesterday, but it's a different lamp post!

And the fox... well it's the other side of the street.

Now for the sunset... complete with a silhouette of a walker on the downs.

Adele, thanks. It was perfect that someone was walking across the sun like that, just to add some tiny detail. The fox nearly made it out of the shade, but not quite, but it was lovely to see him trotting around like that.
