Tales of a South Downs fox... and other ramblings

Day and Night

,

The rain continues to punctuate day and night, but so do the fox cubs wink

This morning it was Shy Boy who showed up...

Tonight we had a trio of foxes out there.

Poppy (left) and Shy Boy...

Poppy...

Rough Ear (scratching) and Shy Boy...

And from very early this morning... two cubs, followed by one of them playing with a tiny fallen apple.

Good to see the rain isn't deterring them. I liked the mood you captured with the second shot smile

Chthoniid, it's great to get to see them in the day. The rain is miserable this year, but the foxes don't know any better!

Love the video! It is very noticeable how foxes the world over, when waiting to see what will happen next, immediately sit down wink

Adele, the trail cam is serving me pretty well at the moment, though nothing quite as exotic as your deer have shown up in our garden! The foxes do indeed spend a good deal of time sitting down. smile
