My Unpredictable Mind

Ever since I was a little kid, I remember thinking that fighting was so cool. Fighting always seemed to finally end things and I thought that if I could be good at that, then I could handle anything that came my way. But I realize now that I was wrong. Fighting is only right in self defense, or for exercise, not a means of ending a feud or getting back at somebody who wronged you. Now if you haven't guessed, I am female, so me fighting would literally get me the name of a "badass chick" in today's society. I know that may seem like a good reputation but what do people really think of you when you have that name? Then there are women who have so much beauty or so much kindness that men fight for them. Examples are such as Helen of Troy, partly Romeo and Juliet, and even today's normal society condones it. If it is in so much media, so much of society, are we all just wrong, or is it truly the way of the world?

Human nature practically states that men must be the protectors and the fighters while women are the kinder side, the mothers, the peace in a world of chaos. If a woman fights out of anger, then does that mean she is fighting more than a person, but also fighting her destiny?

I admire all fighters. I would love to learn to fight for self defense alone because I cannot rely on men to protect me every second. But I also admire those women that men fight for. I very much doubt I would ever dream to be in that category but I admire how a woman can make a man adore her so much to the point of fighting to the death for her.

I apologize if this comes out as just a scrambled bunch of words but these are my thoughts on the subject and hoped to convey them to others.
