Personally I belive the iPhone is too much ado for nothing, it is not the first touch screen mobile, it's not the first hard drive mobile (Nokia had one with 4GB), it has a 2MP camera with no flash nor flashlight, it is not a smartphone, it is a dumbphone with lots of memory, I have 10gb of music so it can not hold my entire music collection, it's not the first mobile with Wifi, the safari browser is not the first real browser for mobile (Netfront and of course Opera were first), it is not possible to install anything on it, and the "claim" of the apps based on web... well if apple is going to pay my data bill, I will agree. Extremly expensive! I rather buy a good mobile and an iPod for the same money.
But my post is not based on that good looking dumb expensive over hipped phone, but in the fact that many "mac lovers" will fall into fraud trough eBay or it's mexican counterpart (which is part of eBay) Mercado Libre or DeRemate (also part of eBay) because there is people claiming to have unblocked iPhones for sale, for a little amount from $8,000.00 pesos ($800 usd) to $10,000.00 pesos ($1,000usd) this "mac lovers" are not smart enough or probably they are blind for their love to the "apple" because they forget a little detail, this phone is for sale only in the united states (some mercado libre dealers claim to have it on argentina) and other fact, if someone brig some iPhones south the usa border, well the phone works only with AT&T, we have AT&T in Mexico but not for mobile, plus you need to singup the phone using iTunes which is not useful in Mexico, and the phone is blocked to work only with AT&T, if you are willing to pay long distance calls all the time.
So for all mac apple iphone ipod lovers, read carefully and wait, unless you live in the usa and have $600.00 for a dumb phone.
