- Norway codfish (Bacalao)
- Pork leg
- Pasta (Fusilli)
- Chocolate Cake
- Apple salad
- Greek salad
- Apple cider
Here is a photo of the codfish, is very, very, very traditional in Mexico, so big that the price is so high because of the season, and in some places they cheat people selling them shark instead of codfish.
For the look of the codfish you can tell is a Mexican style cooked, look all the chili, it is actually spicy but not hot, is good dish, not my favorite, but I eat it only twice a year (in New Year too and the reheat of the dinners)

It is kid of salty, and since I'm used to spicy food (I'm mexican) I don't feel it hot, but some foreign friends end up almost crying with the smallest and lightest chili.
