The first time I used them the doors of the cabinets where you put the handbags was broken, the seats are very unconfortable, but still I wanted a cheap fast way to go to Monterrey. After their arrival in Queretaro's Airport the other lines lower their rates from $500.00 usd to $100.00 per fligh. But they got only one flight per day, and they change the schedule from a more or less good 12:00pm to a really bad 3:00pm (nobody likes to fly at that time)
Then again I schedule a flight with them for a sunday, and suddenly I receive a call a saturday from them telling me "we canceled tomorrow's flight, we will give you an open ticket" they only offer one destination "Monterrey" and their logistics is so bad that you can fly there and not being able to connect any other flight from there to other place because all other flights are really early or really late.
After that I starte to use Alma de Mexico (or simply Alma) great service and several schedules to choose, more confortable seats, it costs more ($100.00 usd), but they have all flights full, while Viva didn't.
I guess that a good service beats price if you belive it's worthy.
