Kings cake or big doughnut is a tradition brought by the spaniards in the times of the viceroyalty.

I ate like 6 of this cakes (not all the cake) with family, friends, coworkers, friends, otehr friends and more family.

It is always fun because inside the cake there are little dolls, if you cut a part where is a doll you have the "baby Jesus" and with the others "lucky" ones that also find the dolls, have to organized a party on february 2th to conmemorate the baby Jesus presentation to the temple, in that party we eat "tamales" and drink "atole" (tamales are some sort of corn bread fill with stuff like meat, chilli, cheese or fruit, atole is a drink made with corn, milk and water)
