If you travel to the city of Toluca, avoid using Autovías buses, their service sucks, the bus terminal is stincky, dirty, no chairs, garbage everywhere. Plus I bought the firts class sercice, and is worst than second class. The bus departed the terminal, not full, so I was happy to have two seats for me... Oh no, the bus drivers stopped like three times picking up people from the street, charging them less money, so now I'm late (because of all the stops) sharing seats, in a full smelly bus. This company is trapped in the 80's bad service bus system.

Si viajas a Toluca, evita usar los autobuses de Autovías, el servicio es pésimo, la terminal es asquerosa, suciedad por todos lados, basura, y no hay sillas para sentarse, lo peor, compre un boleto de primera clase, pero es peor que segunda, al principio pense que todo bien, al menos tenía dos asientos para mi, saliendo de la terminal el autobus comenzó a detenerse y a subir gente, cobradoles menos, ahora no solo estoy en un autobus apestoso, si no lleno, y atrasado por andar subiendo gente, que recibe el mismo servicio que yo, pero que pagó menos.

Hay muchas alternativas, ETN, PRIMERA PLUS, esas si dan buen servicio.
