Welcome to SA. And if you already know something about our forum, your request could be fulfill easier if you post it in forum, since there'll be more people in there who can help you out(As long as it related to Anime, Manga, or Games)

...and, because you already make a request here, so I'll do what I can..

...You mean the July-2006 Issue of Megami Magazine ? I think the link is available, though it's maybe not a full scanset.

.. Sadly, my connection is suck T_T, so every time I try to upload somethings on Mediafire, it's really pain :frown:

.. This's for temporary, you can download Scans Pack 06-2008, since the Dengeki Hime issue also inside that Pack, or wait until I upload it to another host.
