Just found this interesting stuff, named radmind, which enables one to administer multiple UNIX boxes. It also works on OS X, and is capable to force a single system to a lot of slave computers. Also, it can be set up to work with several different systems to support more areas and personalized configurations. Worth checking out, just to have a peek how BIG things work...
