Praise the Opera Team, transparency now really works!

What a great day! Todays snapshot (Build 3216) fixes the transparency issues like it was promised. Now transparency works with all tabbar positions (but of course still only on operating systems supporting it, mainly Windows Vista and Windows 7).This is only a minor update to make the benefits of this new snapshot available to you. I will be busy today and therefor unable to make a version with bigger changes. The new solution for the statusbar in the new build needs some work to fit this skin well, I will look into this tomorrow and offer a an update then.
For now enjoy the full transparency:
Download: Z1-Glass v1.19 (save to your <Opera directory>/skin folder)
The screenshots show Windows 7 with the soft7 custom visual style. If you are disturbed by a white gradient in your transparent speeddial, you may want to switch to a custom visual style too.

1. It's probably normal that it's not always transparent, right? I mean when it's maximised.
2. Somehow xontrol buttons (close, maximize, minimize) don't work with this skin. Anyone getting this?

I can read the page here just fine, is it a blurred text issue? Some had such issues but I couldn't find a reason yet. Could you provide a screenshot or specific link? What font are you using?

thanks a bunch opera team!
UPDATE: I put opera 10.5 pre-alpha on a HP TouchSmart computer(Windows Vista 32-bit) build 3216 with Z1-Glass theme 1.19.
When I applied the theme and checked around for any problems I found that the window control buttons dont work in the skin. I cant "X" out , "minimize", or "maximize".
here is a screenshot below:

@lukaydo: Everyone has the white line. It's from the way I made the rounded corners effect. It's not possible to really make the corners of the whole page rounded, the white line is part of creating the illusion. It's a drawback I'm willing to take until someone has a better solution?
