Z1-TEN 2.50

Z1-Glass took most of my skinning-time since the Opera 10.5 alphas came. Z1-TEN came somewhat short.

Now that's over, here is a new version 2.50. The changes are quite big, so I hope those that have used the old version will like this one too.

Some people wanted the dots, others (like you) didn't. I personally got used to the dots the last months. With this update I wanted a cleaner black/silver look for the skin, which is better without the blue. I hope you can get used to them too...

Is this still present in the newest version? I can't reproduce it with it. There were some changes between 2.01 and 2.50.

I just saw there are some text color issues in personal- and mainbar, I will fix that next update.

I'll think about it. Since Z1-Glass is basically finished, I will probably optimize this one further.

Ok, it seems I got that already in the next update without knowing it, with 2.51 I get it too. 2.52 will be up soon.

I see, but I suppose you are not using the latest beta 2 of Opera 10.5? In 2.55 the dragbar dots are taken out of the skin and your screenshot looks as if it falls back to the standard_skin, which contained the dots until beta 2 but no more in the latest version. I cannot reproduce the issue with beta 2 here.
But there is probably an issue with Opera 10.10 that needs fixing...

Ok, yesterdays beta 2 was build 3273, todays snapshot is 3275. I would strongly recommend an update, the latest builds are much better than those old ones.

Hi, I should probably post this in the desktop blog but I am quite a lamer first and second, you are my skin guy headbang Have you noticed that on fresh start the Tab bar and the Adress bar(which are the only ones enabled for me) are blinking. If they don't it happens if you refresh the speed dial. No exceptions for me, same with the standard skin.

Well blinking is a case for the Desktop Team Blog. wink
But apart from that, I see some blinking on my machine when Unite starts. Like a shudder going through the window. I believe this has to do with the software graphic rendering and I'm hoping for the hardware acceleration.

That is a bug, the sync now icon is indeed missing. Sry, I will fix it tomorrow.
