Z1-TEN 2.50
Monday, February 15, 2010 1:19:52 AM
Z1-Glass took most of my skinning-time since the Opera 10.5 alphas came. Z1-TEN came somewhat short. Now that's over, here is a new version 2.50. The changes are quite big, so I hope those that have used the old version will like this one too.

Transparent Speeddial in Evenes standard_skin (and it's bugs)
Saturday, February 13, 2010 10:30:45 AM
User Mike46 asked me a while back for a standard_skin with transparent speeddial. That wish was easy to fulfill, so I made one. Download: transparent_speeddial.zip (save to your <Opera directory>/skin folder)
The skin is about the most simple implementation of the full transparency option possible, because it makes only the necessary changes and falls back to the standard_skin for everything else. Because of this it will have any glitches etc. from the standard_skin and it will also show all changes to the standard_skin in coming releases. So don't ask me for fixes, thats not the point of this skin.
But this transparent_speedddial skin is also a good reference for bugs with the full transparency option. Other than with Z1-Glass, which is a complete skin with lots of possible bugs, this one is so simple that you can easily spot any bugs directly related to the transparency option.
3 different addressfield options in Z1-Glass 1.52+
Thursday, February 11, 2010 2:05:36 PM
Everyone has it's own preferences and taste, that's good! But this makes it impossible to design something ideal for everyone. In the end my Z1-Glass skin will always be made to fit my needs and my taste. So if you want something special different from my taste, I can only encourage you to start customizing it.
With Z1-Glass v1.50 came a new addressfield and now I can offer 3 options to customize the addressfield to your taste. You will have to do some zipping and ini-file editing, but it will be super easy and might be a good start for you if you never have done something with the inis.

Transparent background when viewing pictures with Z1-Glass

Would you like the background transparent when viewing pictures with Opera 10.5 and Z1-Glass?
Thats possible:
1. Save this image.css file (Right click: Save Linked Content as..) somewhere you can find it.
2. open opera:config and point the setting to the image.css file. Don't forget to click save.
(Updated for use with Z1-Evenes)
Voilá!
Btw: Lilmoder does wild things with transparent webpages in his Aero Channel.
