I want a mouse!
Monday, 2. March 2009, 05:18:38
You plug it into your USB and every time you type, the mouse starts bicycling. The faster you type, the faster it goes. And at the end of the day you can see how much you typed on the display. How can anybody live without such a mouse!

I think I'll go down to my local gadget store to see it for real!

The mouse looks a little demented though!
Angeliki # 2. March 2009, 05:36
I love it! I wish he can loose weight for me while he exercises too!!
Darko # 2. March 2009, 05:47
When I saw a title of this post I thought: of course she wants mouse, she is a kitten

@ Angeliki ~ That would indeed be a positive side effect!
Do you think it bicycles backwards if you use the backspace?
@ Darko ~ I write quite a deal, so it would be fun here. I just checked, it comes in other variations too. Here's Mart, for instance:

@ Kiran ~ I agree, it's a pretty skinny mouse. He must belong to someone who type a lot.

You are welcome.

But not too fast

It's a cool little thing. As long as the boss doesn't get any ideas...

Kitty # 2. March 2009, 09:33
@ Mart ~ Let me guess: It's your cousin?
@ Darko ~ We can make him run...
@ Rose ~ If she gets ideas, I will buy one for her as well.

Typical housecat. Wants a mouse, will do anything to get a mouse, then doesn't know what to do with it when she's got it.

I would play with it...

I know it said you were surfing the net, I just thought in my half awake mind that you bought one.
Nevermind.

Issy, I don't even want to see the pictures that went through your head!

Yeah, that mouse is rather scrawny-looking. Since I type a lot, by the time I finished my weekly Post, there'd be a Shorts & Tank Top-wearing rodent skeleton on that bicycle.

And you sure got me drooling here. Strawberries... mmmmm..... :yummy:
@ Issy ~ That is... ugly!
@ Aadil ~ You're probably right about the kids would find it stupid. But I like it, even though the mouse does look a tad retarded.
@ Kiran ~ Well, the guys are right in this case.
I'll go check for the post. I'm curious.

I agree with your comment. But honestly. She did actually put out a warning sign with her first comment back, the "Weight?"-one. If he had backed there, he might have saved it.
I didn't find the joke very funny either though.
Kiran # 2. March 2009, 18:39
Now,that post will be the most visited post on oc.

A "friend" of mine thought it'd be funny to tell his girlfriend that her sister was better in bed... during sex... when he'd actually dated the sister. His admission was included in her suicide note. While this isn't as bad as that it's definitely a learning experience for you as much as it was for him.
All women are sensitive about their weight as they're constantly told they're worthless if they don't fit the impossible template set by magazines full of dangerously thin models who get airbrushed to make them even thinner. When someone challenges those stereotypes, as Kerst tries to with her feminism, a derogatory comment about weight can hit twice as hard especially if they don't fully believe in themselves over the stereotype. Find a woman with my ego and she'll still be a little hurt by a comment like that.
You've apologised continually though so there's not much else you can do. At worst you can chalk it up to a learning experience and get on with your life. No big deal.
